H5P content not showing

The issue is only happening with my clients, the h5p content is not showing for them on Wordpress 6.5.2 website on any device and any browser and I'm using H5P 1.15.7, however the issue appeared even with older version, also I've tried the direct h5p embed code, still same issue.
There's no specific content type, it's happening on all types and it's so random, sometimes it's solved by its own, sometimes I go to the edit page of the content and click preview, that's work too. The issue is so random, I couldn't match the cases, there's nothing in common between them.
Once, I replicated the issue, and found a multiple 404 errors for some h5p assets.
I've a redis server setup, plus I'm using cloudflare cache, could that be the issue?
