"There are no logged results for your user"

h5p version: 1.15.7

wordpress version 6.4.3

 

I've installed the wordpress plugin for h5p without issue.

Here's what I'm experiencing/observing when attempting to use the plugin:

  • When I click on "All H5P Content" it briefly shows that data is loading and then it shows "No H5P content available. You must upload or create new content."
  • I click on the "Add New" button in the "All H5P Conent" window.
  • I'm shown a screen that only says "Before you start." There is nothing else there. It's just blank.

I'm also greeted by the message "There are no logged results for your user" when I click on "My results." There is nothing else populated on screen.

I don't have access to the server the Wordpress install resides on, so I'm unable to look at any error logs

In Settings > H5P > Content Types, I've enabled the "Use H5P" which is the recommended choice. All other settings I haven't touched and still when I click on "Add New" I get the "Before you start" screen with nothing else there.

I have no idea where to start next to figure out what the problem is. And suggestions whould be great.

Edit: I found a similar post here that recommeded disabling plugins. There's only a couple I could disable that wouldn't break the site, and I still observed the same behavior.
