Closed Caption in YouTube but not H5P

Hello,

I am creating interactive videos using YouTube links that already have closed caption options. Some provide the cc option after I have added interaction but some do not. I am not understanding why? All have the cc option in YouTube already.

I discovered the issue after a little more research. The auto generated CC does not seem to show up.
