Yammer is an internal enterprise social network designed around collaboration. Similar to Delve and in replacement of Newsfeed, Yammer serves as a central hub for communication and discussion and while using the app users can create calendar appointments, instant message and video conference directly from Yammer itself. 

While using Yammer, staff members can create public/private groups (similar to facebook groups) and can use direct messaging through the app to chat. Yammer is also available to students and can be used within the classroom to create an education group for learners to discuss and share information about their course.
