Hi!

I have been working on H5P from my website in WordPress but once I have created an activity I seem to be unable to add it to a page!

It's like the option doesn't even show, and if I try with the embedding link nothing happens, plain and simple.

My website was developed with DIVI, and I am thinking that maybe there are some problems between Divi and H5P, although that doesn't really make much sense!

Any ideas?

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
Mobile or Desktop
Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
H5P plugin version
H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
Any browser console errors
Any PHP errors
Screenshots if it's a visual problem

If it worked before:

Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Hi, sorry for my delayed reply, but I didn't see your message until a couple of days ago.

So, here are my answers:

1. I created this content at the end of September and I have been trying to add it to a page ever since. I recently tried to add a content that I created here, and that worked. The problem is that here I can't find the interactive video option anymore (is that normal)?), but also that it is simply much easier to work when I can do all in WordPress!

4. Chrome, but I have tried in Edge and it doesn't work there, either

5. I don't know, but I updated it a couple of days ago so I assume the latest?

7. No, it just doesn't show! Plus, when I activated the safe mode, which cancels all the plugin that are creating conflict with the builder, H5P was removed! It's not permanent, so I just switched the safe mode off and all my content was back, but still...

9. No it isn't

And no, it never worked from the very beginning...

I'm really desperate at this point because nothing seems to work and I am running out of time!
