Can"t access the h5p in the moodle

Hi i'm Marie, my son is a grade2 pupil, we can access his moodle account, but when where trying to do his activity and clicking the h5p link , the activity in h5p does'nt appear. What its wrong with my desktop computer? And when I open his moodle acc on my phone we can see the h5p activity. Help pls thanks in advance

Hi Marie,

Do you see any errors in the browser console (ctrl+shift+J in Chrome). Have you tried using a different browser? I would also suggest that you contact the person/institution that provides the these activities.
