Are we allowed to use for commerical use providing we use our own content.

Would it also be possible to edit the CSS to fit our client requirements

Refer to each repository for individual licensing information. But in general most of H5P is licensed as MIT, which makes it perfectly viable for commercial use. For more info on licensing see: https://h5p.org/licensing.

You can customize H5P however you want if you have developer resources, read more about customization at: https://h5p.org/documentation/for-developers/visual-changes.
