Edit and Reports button showing in published content

Hi everyone!
We have recently integrated H5P into Brightspace via LTI using these instructions. All seemed fine, however what I'm now finding is that the edit controls are appearing in the published content when viewing as a learner: screenshot.
I also can't seem to get rid of the grey border or make the content full screen-width, despite adding the below script call to the head of the template.
<script type="text/javascript" src="https://h5p.com/d2l-resizer.js"></script>
Any ideas as to where I should look to troubleshioot these two issues?
Thanks!

Hi Jonny,Have you tried
Hi Jonny,
Have you tried logging in as a student. If I'm not mistaken the view as a learner does not simulate the same experience as a student 100% since H5P.com still recognizes the account that you are logged into (author or admin). For the other issue I think it's best to contact H5P.com support directly by clicking on the contact from below. Once you fill out the from I will make sure that it gets handled by the H5P.com support team. By the way you can choose the sponsor new feature option.

Hi BV52, thanks for your reply. When I said I was 'viewing as a learner', I did mean that I was logged in as a learner, and on a different browser. So I don't think that is the issue. Good shout with contacting H5P support for the other issue, I'll do that now. Thanks!

Thanks all. The devs got in touch and we found that the issue of the edit controls appearing as a learner was because the Brightspace learner account I was using had the same email address as my Brightspace and H5P admin accounts. Once I switched to a different learner it worked fine.
Still working on the border issue.

Hi Jon,
That's good to know and I'm sure the other issue will be handled as well.
