Interactive book non visibile con Mozzilla - piattaforma moodle
Buongiorno, moltissimi utenti stanno segnalando l'impossibilità di visualizzare il contenuto Interactive Book attraverso il browser Mozzilla (versione ESR). Al clic sul titolo appare l'immagine di copertina gigante ma non il tasto "accedi" o "inizia".
Il contenuto è presente sulla piattaforma Moodle VS 2.7.20 (Build: 20170508) attualmente è impossibile aggiornarla per necessità del cliente.
E' possibile che siano presenti parti in flash del plugin h5p interactive book che non possono più essere visualizzate dai browser causa la dismissione nel 2021? Ho effettuato una simulazione con i browser da me in uso Chrome, Edge, Firefox superiore alla ESR e non riscontro il problema. Potrebbe dipendere dalla versione dei Mozzilla? In ogni caso gli utenti utilizzano anch'essi chrome e incontrano il problema...
Riuscite a darmi delle indicazioni? Non posso condividere il contenuto in quanto è su una piattaforma destinata ai soli dipendenti di Regione Piemonte che accedono con credenziali certificato.

No H5Ps are not dependent on flash so this is not what's causing the issue. Try checking the browser console on the page where you have the issue it should provide you some clues to what may be causing the issue.
