Wordpress Private Contents and LTI xBlock OpenEdx

Hi guys, OpenEdx LTI Consumer xBlock required client key:secret to access the private contents. I have wordpress server and I created some private H5P contents there but I cannot access them from OpenEdx LTI Consumer xBlock. How can i get the client ID and Secret from Wordpress server instance that I can use in LTI Passport field in OpenEdx for communication with WordPress ? OR do I need to setup any LTI Connector in wordpress to access private h5p contents ?

Hi!

The H5P plugin for WordPress does not work as an LTI provider. That's an exclusive feature of H5P.com.

Thank you for the reply then can you guide me how can I access the private H5P content from wordpress in OpenEdx ?

Hi!

Sorry, I assume my answer was not clear enough. You cannot use H5P on WordPress for feeding content into other platforms via LTI. That is a feature that's exclusive to content hosted H5P.com. If you want to use H5P content from your WordPress site, your only chance would be to use H5P's embed feature, but that is not the same as using LTI.
