Bugs in content types

Hello,

I have been creating interactive books for our laboratory classes at university.

To date I haven't had a problem. This is the last interactive book I need to create. All the content is finished, and when I close the editing, it comes up with almost a blank screen, see attached photo. I use book covers, and there is no book cover or way to download the H5p. All my other H5p's work fine, I can open them. I have tried to copy this one into one that works and I still have the same issue.

We use Moodle, and I am working on my Desktop. I have tried opening it in Chrome and Safari with no change.

Hi Clare,

Please make sure that you there are no "empty" chapters or contents. If all chapters and contents are not empty please provide the following:

  1. Platform and version number. Moodle version?
  2. H5P plugin version
  3. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  4. Any browser console errors
  5. Any PHP errors

If it worked before:

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  2. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Thank you so much, on a another look there was an empty content section, and once I removed it, it now works perfectly.
