Error, unable to load libraries - Installed Moodle 3.11 on a Mac with MAMP

Hi all,

I am new in all things Moodle and H5P. I am trying use H5P but I can't seem to load it.

I need some help to resolve this issue, 'Error, unable to load libraries'.

I tried changing the values in php.ini as below but stil doesn't work:

"memory_limit = 32M

upload_max_filesize = 24M

post_max_size = 32M"

and 

"memory_limit = 256M

upload_max_filesize = 256M

post_max_size = 256M"

I've look at the error issue from the Console tab in the Developer mode: 

There are:

• 1 Error: 'http://localhost:8888/moodle/moodle/mod/hvp/ajax.php?contextId=25&token=... 500 (Internal Server Error)'
• 1 Warning: Allow attribute will take precedence over 'allowfullscreen'.

What am I doing wrongly?
