Switching languages in developer mode

Hi everyone,

I've been experimenting with the Drupal 7 Dev Mode and I've noticed that even if I only copy a library to the development directory in order to do some tests it won't give me any more options to switch between languages for the displayed content, even though all the different translations are still in the languages-folder of that library.

I haven't changed anything else and I'm wondering about the dependencies, where and how are the language options generated. How can I re-activate different languages for my custom content (from the dev folder)? I copied the H5P.MultiChoice-Library.
