TABS or other solution to make my website faster

hello there,
I have my own LMS and I have built language courses.
Inside each lesson, let's say a page, I am keeping different types of H5P content. Sometimes the number of the hp5 content on each page exceeds 12 maybe more.
The result is that these pages are loading very slow.
I thought that if I used TABS I could make these pages load faster but I found out that it is very difficult to load HP5 inside TABS. I used 1 plugin and it did not work at all. Then I searched for it and stopped looking.
Are there any ideas to solve this? The "make more pages" is not a solution.
