Accessibility issue in Quiz (Question Set)

Hi, 

We have recently had an Accessibility Review carried out on a learning site that includes the H5P activity 'Quiz (Question Set)' on our platform Fabo.org (based on Moodle). A key issue that was reported is that the result (see below screenshot for reference) cannot be read aloud by a screenreader (on desktop). The H5P can be found on Course: What is sexual misconduct?, Section: WHAT IS SEXUAL MISCONDUCT? (fabo.org) in the subsection 'Test your knowledge', but requires a (free) user profile on Fabo.org to be accessed. 

We chose the specific H5P content based on the Recommendations and overviews of content types - H5P.com, where Quiz (Question Set) is listed as fully accessible and maintained, and as our site has already been launched, we would much appreciate help with this issue in a timely manner.

Hi,

I checked the site that you linked to, ChromeVox, NVDA and JAWS reads the whole content. Which screenreader are you using? Please note that there are a lot of screenreaders and there is no way to test everyone of them. The developers have tested the contents using ChromeVox and NVDA.
