H5p and json based quiz

Hello,
I work for an edutech and plan to create a quiz for children using H5p (iframe embedding) as well as json based. So if json is providing content for a true or false question, can I develop the same as H5p by importing h5p js and styles.
If so, will I be able to track the user interactions of json based questions created using H5p via xapi?
