restricted content

Hi I'm looking to demo a few of your content types and when trying to create a new content item using these features, I get to the “select content type” field I get the message “the use of this content type has been restricted by an administrator” and I can create nothing with them. I can see nothing on the site which indicates we have to pay to be able to use the content types.
