Cannot upload json for Lottie animation

Hi I would like to use lottie json files in a custom content type.

This works fine on Drupal 7 in development mode. I can add the lottie json file in the editor and it plays fine in the output. However on our LMS I get the following error:

"The file you are trying to upload might be too large"

As far as I know there is a custom h5p implementation on our system - does anyone have any suggestions I could forward to the person in charge of the implementation? I can upload the json files through the lms file uploader and add the url in the editor but it would be a much smoother process to be able to upload directly in the editor.
