When embedded in a course, can the content types (like poll, quiz) be accessed by multiple users at the same time?

Hello, I'd like to know if when some content types are embeded in courses can be accessed by multiple users at the same time, as well as give results of scores/participation to a facilitator. Just thinking if multiple users are accesing/completeing the corse as in a digital workshop mode. Thank you!!
