I have already checked but still want to ask in case I miss sth, Can I use interactive video while I am creating courses via Udemy?
If there is a direct way or work around, I will be over the moon.

That's rather a question for a Udemy forum or their support, I guess. If Udemy support H5P: yes. If Udemy allows to embed content from other servers and you have one running H5P: yes. If Udemy allows to include static HTML without restrictions: Yes by converting H5P into static HTML content with Lumi. Otherwise: no.
