Error in H5P

A faculty member I'm assisting is working with H5P and running into these errors: See attached image. They did not create the H5P as assignments, just embedded on pages and wanted to run a report in the end. They did not have it connected to the gradebook. So not sure why they're getting the LTI session errors and gradebook confrimation errors.

Judging from your description of the issue and the screenshot you are using H5P.com. I would suggest that you reach out to the customer success team by sending an email to [email protected].
