is there a way to change the video player in  moodle?

Hi ckiyan!

I assume you are referring to changing the visual design of H5P (Interactive) Video? Yes. H5P allows you to pass your own stylesheets which allow a lot of customization, ranging from color changes to changing visibility and positioning of items. On top of that, you could even pass custom JavaScript to modify things.

H5P uses a couple of so called "hooks" that need to be implemented in the respective H5P integration (e.g. plugin for WordPress, Drupal, moodle etc.). The usage is described at https://h5p.org/node/2692.
