Free response question results not transferring to moodle gradebook

Hi there,
When I put free response questions into H5P interactives the data is not transfering across to the Moodle Gradebook once it has been marked.
In Screenshot 1 you can see that the questions have been marked with the Score and the Gradebook reflecting the students results
However if you look at screenshot 2 & 3, this is not the case in the Moodle gradebook
Does anyone have any solutions to this?
