He agregado una pista de subtitulos a un video interactivo,  

¿ Como puede hacer que el video comience con los subtitulos  (CC) en "OFF"?

 

Estoy ocupando  wordpress.

To answer it currenty this option is not available. I think this is a very important option and you should head over to the Feature Request forum and post your suggestion there. I would also suggest that you post it in English to reach a wider audience.
