Backup/Restore between different instances

Hi,

Ive been using H5P for a while now, but have never successfully moved (backup/restore) any H5P modules between 2 different instances of Moodle.

Is there an accepted method for doing this pls.

The move looks like it works, but when you enter the module, this error is produced ... error/invalidhvp
