Cannot create

Hi
I just installed the version 1.15.5 of H5P, on wordpress (v 6.1.1), and php version 7.4.
I am trying to create a add a new content but it doesn't load the tools, and stay blank (see image)
Im using query monitor and doesn't show any error,
on php-error.log shows

on settings Use H5P Hub is activated
and i have tried with this option (Enable LRS dependent content types) activated and deactivated but no results
