Deleteing interaction ?

Please can somebody offer some advice. 

I have deleted interaction from one of my video's , however the blue indicator above the time line is still visible, and is still pausing my video.

How do I remove this interaction as when I click on the blue dot nothing happens. Where do I access it to delete.
