Math Rendering Issue in Canvas LMS

I created a page with embedded HP5 quizzes. The simplest quiz always renders perfectly, while my other quizzes: https://studio.libretexts.org/h5p/13277 like the one pictured below will render illegibly like in the screencap below when using the most recent version of Chrome.

It works fine on my end (attached screenshot). Additionally we do not maintain or have tested the site you are hosting your contents. So there is no gurarantee that they are using the most recent version of content types and it is also possible that the site may be using custom versions of content types. So I would suggest that for any concerns please reach out to their technical support.
