Frequency-based personality quiz?

Hi there,

I'm trying to create a frequency-based questionnaire that would work somewhat like a personality quiz. Each question is a statement which the quiz-taker must rate as something they do a) always b) often c) sometimes d) seldom e) never with a score rating for each question. My quiz has 6 sections which need to be scored separately and then compared to determine the quiz-taker's profile. 

The personality quiz template doesn't quite answer that need - I'm new to this authoring tool, so would love some help?

Hi,

I guess what you want is:

  • To be able to set a score per alternative (always=5, often=4, sometimes=3 etc)?
  • A way to set up different categories based on the total score?

With the current content types available, I think personality quiz is the closest you will get. But there you place the alternatives in categories, there's no "scoring".
