Podrian realizar alguna alternativa para aquellas personas con capacidades  diferentes , es decir algun lenguaje para sordomudos que pueda aplicarse a un video interactivo?, o algo asi?

You can add subtitles/Closed Captions in Interactive Video. First you need to create a .VTT file. Then you can upload it in the Interactive Video editor, the option is under "Text tracks".
