Content type evolution and distribution

Hi, 

There are many ideas for new H5P content types that would interest a lot of H5P users. In addition, there are some existing content types that could be enhanced. For example, Accordion content type is a great way to arrange information for the learner, but it is only possible to provide text. Adding at least images or other media such as video could be useful. Another example is the poor feedback possibility offered into the quiz components. 

Is there any way to help the evolution of content types to add such functionalities? Is there a clear workflow or any sort of official content type repository to make a new version of a content type approved and distributed in the H5P official repository?
