a fillable HTML form for Moodle 4.0

Hello there,

We are looking for a fillable HTML form allowing students to input and save data automatically. There are no right or wrong answers, but we need to grade the activity for students.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi plakhman,

Essay can be used for this. Make sure you check "Ignore scoring" in the Brahavioural settings so that students will not see a right/wrong feedback.

Hello BV,

Thank you for your response.

 

I have checked the essay-type question, and we can create different forms. However, when learners type their responses, they are not saved for the teacher to grade.

 

So far, we have been using the following input fields to capture learner responses:

  • Radio button
  • Text area  
  • Checkbox
  • File

Please find the attached sample in HTML as txt file.

I think BV was referring to the H5P Essay content type.
