h5p activites not working after server swap

Good afternoon everyone,

I switched from a centos7 server to almlinux9 server recently. I did a dump of the DB, backuped up my data and reinstalled moodle from their official git (4.2). After upgrading without problem, I cannot see 90% of my H5P activities. All gone. Sometimes, it will display a few images, sometimes nothing.

When inspecting in the browser, I see some 404 missing files - ie : 

audio.js?ver=1.5.3:303     GET https://moodle.insta.com/pluginfile.php/447309/mod_hvp/content/55721/aud... net::ERR_UNEXPECTED_PROXY_AUTH

H5P.Audio.play @ audio.js?ver=1.5.3:303

(anonymous) @ audio.js?ver=1.5.3:82

dispatch @ jquery.js?ver=2023061200:2

v.handle @ jquery.js?ver=2023061200:2

Sometimes, I will get some 404 error, etc. Something really looks broken, I don't know where to start with :/ anybody who can enlight me? I'll take all ideas!
