Creating a simple, immediate poll with Multipoll?

I'm currently trying to use the Multipoll activity to replace another Polling service (OpinionStage) but it's proving to be far from like to like.

I would like to create a simple poll which immediately shows the responses without waiting for Presenter action.

The polls I'm replacing are simple Yes/No temperature test questions, designed to gather quick interaction and offer insight into the peer groups opinion. 

As mentioned I've tried to author this simple poll option with Multipoll but am unable to have participants immediately see the results of a simple yes/no question, or without additional screens (i.e. confirmations screen) or complications.

Multipoll is a decent live option but it seems to be less useful as an actual polling tool. Anyone have any tips?
