Plugin version 1.23.1 (2023052600) for Moodle 3.1 issue

Dear Sirs, I have upgraded my H5P plugin on my Moodle 3.1 to the newest version 1.23.1 (2023052600) After susccess installing the mod_hvp and pressing continue it went to the page /admin/upgradesettings.php? and then it is a white page. I have debugged the error and it says Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in mod\hvp\library\h5p.classes.php on line 2735 in moodle Please hope to hear from you soon.
