Hi,
I have made a interactive book. In the end the user get a summary and availability to send report. But I am not sure how that one works? Is there a way to set an email or where does it end up?

This depends on the platform that you are using.
H5P.com - If you have setup an LTI connection with an LMS the scores are automatically sent to the LMS. Additionally, if you have the Drill down reports feature included in the license you can see a the detailed response from the students.
H5P.org - Scores are not recorded. This site is designed for people who are new to H5P to test the basic features of H5P and should not be used to host "real" contents.
Self Hosting (using the H5P plugin) - H5P emits data in the form of xAPI statements and you will need a plugin or custom code to listen to these statements and a data store such as a learning record store to save them in.
Other platforms or Custom Integration - Reach out to the developers or support team that created the custom integration.
