Slow loading of interactive videos on wordpress

After updating the interactive video type on my WordPress site, the videos take an unusually lo load on desktop and mobile.

Hi liche123,

There are several factors that may cause this issue. Below are some of the possible reasons. 

  1. Connection speed 
  2. Device's resources
  3. Server's resources
  4. Size of the content
  5. Other objects in the page
  6. Other WP plugins

I suggest that you check the above and post a link to your page so that we can check as well.

I have a basic wordpress site with only the core plugins on it. Whenever I try to add interactions to an interactive video the editing area is blacked out. If If I save it and try to play the video nothing happens. If I wait a very long time around 5 minutes the video will play. I have not had this issue before updating to the latest version of interactive video.
