Automatically translate H5P contents

There's a proof of concept for automated translation of H5P contents. It's still a flawed solution, because it translates some parameter fields that should in fact not be translated. That will cause some contents to break. But I pointed towards what's needed to fix this, so hopefully, a proper version will be released soon.
