Error writing to database

Whenever I make some changes in H5P anc click Save. I am getting the error "Error writing to database". And I am not able to see the H5P that I created. Any idea why this error is coming? I am facing this issue recently only.

In some H5P's course presentation is visible

 

And in some H5P's it is not visible
