Create Content Type for QuestionSet

Hi, 

I want to develop a content type that can be used within a QuestionSet. Actually, I want to make changes to the library "H5P.ImageMultipleHotspotQuestion 1.0" so that it fits into and works with a QuestionSet 1.13.

I nowhere found any Information about what parts of the xAPI or other requirements have to be fullfilled for a question to accomplish this.

Can you help me out with this?
