voice recognition

Looking to use H5P to (voice) recognize medical terms, but I can't find a guide for ways to make the user pronounce the term correctly.  The first term I'm working with is cystitis.  How do I write it so that they have to speak it correctly -- the first I is the long I sound?  I don't want them to pronounce it with two (three if you count the y) short i sounds.

Hi Pat,

Afaik this is not possible to get specific pronunciations. I tried your example and both a long and short I's are accepted.
