Possible for Link to Not Contain H5P Image and Text?

mbritt's picture

I'm a teacher using an online course delivery tool and I'd like to put a link into my online textbook that goes to a survey I created in H5P.  When I put the link into the textbook, it is accompanied by the H5P logo and text that looks like this.

Is there any way to remove the "H5P empowers everyone to create....." text? I don't mind giving H5P an attribution, but I also don't want to distract my students with all that text.

Hi Michael,

What is the URL that you are using? Also how are you inserting the link? Lastly would it be possible to provide a sample site so that we can check.

Thank you BV52 for your response.  The URL I'm using is this one, which goes to the Dialog Card activity I created:

I wish I could give you a way to get into our learning management system, but I don't have that ability.  Here's a brief video of what I'm doing while there: https://www.screencast.com/t/NVBIN9b410w

Use this link instead ;)

Unfortunately that didn't solve the problem.  As you'll see from this screenshot It looks pretty much the same.  :(

I didn't use Mindtap before

but there could be an option to remove the previewed text

have you tried the pen icon in the attached image? or you can try type your own text.

Hi Michael,

I think Mohammed is on to something here. That is a preview text and if you place a custom text may override it.  I watched the video and attached a screenshot of where the text can be placed. If this doesn't work you try asking Mindtap on how you can disable the previewed text.

I apologize I am unable to find a way to register a personal account on the site to check it for myself.

Geez - why didn't I figure that out?! Thanks so much for your help.  Here's a video showing how it worked.
