Which license type to choose

My first video with h5p, testing out. My employer owns the film and I have been allowed to use it. Which license should I choose, and what significance does it have?

You have to ask your employer what license the film has. You can read about the cc licenses here and most of the others here. Choose the one that fits best with your video. The significance of which license you choose affects if others can re-use, modify or distribute your video.
