Recommendations for translating H5P content in Wordpress

How can you translate H5P plugin content as well as user content and associated user results from quizzes in WordPress?  H5P is not compatible with WPML ( The WordPress Multilingual Plugin) and I'm looking for an alternative solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
