Interactive Video Editor - Video Format not Supported

Hi,

I am trying to make an interactive video. I uploaded an MP4 video to my Vimeo Pro account, and then I wanted to create hotspots on it here using the Interactive Video content type. But it keeps saying 'Video Format not Supported', I am at a loss at what to do. I thought that I had everything correct. 

I am using MP4

I have Vimeo Pro Account

I added the link from my Vimeo Pro Account (its over 16 mb)

What have i done wrong? I am racking my brains and have no idea. Pls help.

Hi Jessica!

You'll have to insert the direct link to the media file (usually having the suffix .mp4, .avi, etc.) that you can find in the settings for your video. The general vimeo link to the webpage hosting the file will not work unfortunately.
