Navigational hotspots in Moodle plugin

Hi all ,

I've discovered what I think is a bug in the Moodle plugin. I'm using Moodle 3.3 with the latest version of the H5P plugin and when I try to add an interactive video into a course presentation, the size and alignment of the navigation hotspots are retained. This means that when I try it out, there blue sqaure which appears after clicking on the hotpspot isn't neatly fitting around the element of the video that I've tried to add it onto, which I don't think is very aesthetically pleasing. I've tried using the transform button to manually enter the dimensions and location on the slide, but this doesn't make a difference.

If I use the builder on the main H5P website, the hotpspots are working fine and don't appear to forget their scaling or alignment, so I have a workaround (though I haven't tested authoring the entire thing  on the website and uploading to the plugin). It is still frustrating not being able to do everything in the plugin.

The video is an MP4 format created using an export from Powerpoint and is not very big as files go. I'm using Chrome 66 on Windows 10.

Thanks,

Fred
