Is it possible to integrate h5p in core php  website?If yes means could you pleases guide me..!!

Hi Yuvanesh!

I am not sure if I understand your question correctly, but the H5P plugins for moodle, WordPress and Drupal are written in PHP, so could use those as a basis for building your custom PHP plugin.
