course presentation slide numbers

Slide names or localized slide names always end up in the navigation without a space between the name and the number (see attachments), e.g. Slide1, Slide2 instead of Slide 1, Slide 2. Also when localized, Page1, Page2, instead of Page 1, Page 2. In the editor it is not possible to add a "non breaking space". i think a space always needs to be added or a special character for non breaking space to be introduced.
