Quiz Set Changes

Hi, I'm just trying to find out if the Quiz Set has changed. I am using the Moodle Plugin and currently I am only able to choose Multiple Choice, Drag and Drop, Drag Text. In the past (and in older instances) I was able to choose Multiple Choice, Drag and Drop, Fill in the Blanks, Mark the Words, Drag Text, True/False. Our academic staff have reached out to me regarding this and I have no answer for them. Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm not sure why this is the case, but the fastest way to resolve this is to download and upload an instance of Quiz (Question Set) that has all of the activities. Good news I have such a content and you can download this here.
