Hi, is it possible to place the audio icon behind or before a sentence? Not in another line as bellow.

Hi coolrobby,

I'm afraid this is not possible not unless you make changes to the code. I'm not sure though which content type you are using but maybe you can use Course Presentation so that you can position icons/contents however you like.
